"Everything was fine apart from taking a 110 euro deposit in addition to full payment for the room. This was quite offensive to us and not a pleasant experience. This has never happened before."

"Hotel was well located and rooms were fine. Shower was over bath and there are no grab rails or bath mats - so great care is needed- my husband slipped and fell. Some of the staff have very limited English but we got by."
