Only one adult bed?

House was 55 degrees when we checked in. Thermostat was all the way up for 4 days and never reached 65. We froze all weekend. The house is dated and cold cold cold.

Very nice stay

This property was very nice overall for our group. House was clean and well equipped with essentials. Outside space was wonderful since the weather cooperated while we were there. Master bedroom was amazing, very pretty and spacious. The bathrooms were also very clean. Unfortunately the beds in other sleeping spaces were not comfortable for adults; they were small and we felt like the bed was going to collapse at every toss and turn.

Love Loon

Beautiful condo! Very clean and well equipped! Great location with lots of things to do. The deck was wonderful! The twin beds were a little uncomfortable but the AC was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

Great NH Weekend

Had a lovely week at the condo in Loon Village. Proximity to Loon Mountain is perfect. Happy we could bring our furry family member and overall Loon Village is very welcoming of dogs, which we found great. Hope to come again soon if the price is right.

Great condo with ski shuttle right there. Uncomfortable smaller beds.

Loved the condo and view. The twin beds in the ground floor were too uncomfortable to sleep on. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The twin beds in the loft were ok. Forget sleeping on the futon but that wasn't a big surprise. We didn't use the fireplace as there weren't supplies for that and we didn't want to have to clean it after as requested. I liked cooking in the smaller kitchen. well supplied and the stove worked great. I thought it was rude that we would be locked out of the unit a day before our reservation was up. The person in charge had no spare key and couldn't open the door with the code either. Finally my daughter climbed up a railling to a slider that we hadn't locked yet. Not sure what we would have done otherwise! Zero communication with the owner.

Love New Hampshire

This was our first stay in this unit but our second year in a row at Loon Village. The complex is located far enough from the main road as is extremely quiet. The unit is spacious and very clean. They allow dogs but you’d never know it. Our little Yorkie felt at home after a couple days. Spacious deck that we enjoyed every day, so relaxing g for morning coffee. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. We loved it and would, will stay again. Only negative I can think of is all the fees charged except for pet fee which was VERY reasonable. We would highly recommended this location. Again we loved it and hopefully can stay there again

Family in search of a Winter Wonderland

Great stay and so close to Loon! This home was clean, the beds were very comfy, and we had everything we needed. Check-in and out was a breeze. Skiing, tubing and skating along with great restaurants right down the street. Gorgeous views everywhere you look. The indoor pools were great for the kids too. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect NH Winter Getaway

Location: Great. Nice neighborhood. Five min drive from ski slopes. 10min drive from grocery, hiking, coffee shops. Property: Got everything you need. Perfect layout, can easily sleeps 6 comfortably. But, kitchen supplies are limited (e.g. only enough utensils for one meal for family of 5; keep running the dishwasher is not very sustainable...). Beds are super soft, not comfortable to sleep in. Communication: The Vrbo App is not the place to reach the manager. They won't respond at all. You will need to call them, they will pick up the phone and are very helpful. Manager: Very nice people. We have left some items behind and they have kept for us to pick up at a later date.

Great property/Location/Amenities

Our family of 3 and dog really enjoyed our stay here Labor Day Weekend. Check in was easy, amenities were great and place was just as advertised/ very clean. We loved the indoor pools and jacuzzi and the location was perfect. Very pet friendly amd dog stations are located throughout the complex. Plenty of room/beds for sleeping. Smart TVs were also a plus to watching our Netflix shows at night. Me and my husband are now looking into purchasing one of these condos. Thank you!

Not clean

The property was right in Lincoln. It had lots of space and a big private deck. The cleaners had not cleaned. There was an unflushed toilet. Hairs by tub. Finger prints- Bed unmade. Thick layers of DUST on top of all the ceiling fans. The property mgmt was quick to respond and very kind. The cleaning fee was refunded, but I really did not want to spend time doing laundry and making beds. The unit needs tlc- more lights - new towels- new sheets- a few more fans, and to get rid of all the rugs! They are old, ripped and dirty. The amenities are old as well. 2 of the hot tubs were broken. They also only open amenities 10-7..so no early am swims or nights in the hot tub.

Very Clean & Comfortable.

It's hard to find a nice pet friendly property but this one was great. This rental was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The master bedroom and ensuite was recently remodeled so it was very nice. The kids, 2 & 5, shared the front room. It is listed as a 3 bedroom but the 3rd room is a loft area that overlooks via a balcony the living room with no door to close and keep sound out. If traveling with young children perhaps bring some stair gates to secure the stairs to the loft area. The rental featured a nice large corner deck with furniture and check in was so easy. Access to Loon village amenities was great and we spent time in the pool areas and playgrounds. I would stay again in the future if we get back up that way again.

Beautiful deck!

This condo was in a beautiful location and was very comfortable. Unfortunately the walls seemed very thin and we had extremely loud neighbors during our stay. When we first got there the power had apparently gone out and we had a bit of a time figuring out how to turn everything back on - the management company was wonderful to work with. The gas grill and the deck was the number one reason we picked this condo and unfortunately the gas grill looked like it had never been cleaned. We tried to light it so we could get it clean enough to cook on but there was no gas in the tank. Overall the place was very comfortable and we were able to use it as a base while we explored the area.

Quick weekend away

Property is located on corner lot, so lots of privacy on large outdoor deck. Small kitchen but lots of space to spread out in the rest of house. No local tv channels - all streaming services using ROKU. Needs a few maintenance fixes (holes in porch screen and almost all curtains don’t close fully-pulley system not working) but overall it was a very nice place to stay.
