"The good thing was that it was close to restaurants and some store. The supermarket is only a couple of blocks away. There is a plaza 30 min waking distance full of more restaurants and stores. The bad thing is that restrooms are shared in common area. Unless you get a private room. Area was safe. ..."

"The place looks like old, the pictures lie, it was not clean, the restroom had soap open, no toilet paper or towels. There is no elevator,the street is congested and loud from people. "This is a great location with easy direct access via the 2nd floor connected walkway from the airport departures area, so perfect for airport transfers. The included breakfast with buffet and personalized omelet creations is excellent, as well as the welcome drink. There are also wonderful spa services available, whether your staying there or have a longer layover and want to relax. They also operate the cafe on the backside of the building across the street from the arrivals walkway that also has very good reasonably priced breakfasts and snacks. You can also check some luggage with the concierge if you are leaving for another city and returning and don't want to take it all with you, which I've done several times. No great views here, but the conveniences offered and customer service are always excellent. "

"Super outstanding from time you arrive. Bellman quickly helped us. Lobby smells so fresh and clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Every question answered with a smile and so helpful. My son was ill. They helped me find a pharmacy open 24 hours and permitted late checkout. Room clean and comfortable and sizable. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Absolutely nothing to fault with this hotel. Location outstanding too. Highly recommend in absolutely every respect . "
