Upon check-in perhaps alert people where the continental breakfast is served, and that reservations are best when going to dinner in the hotel at Mr. G's. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Was very disappointed in our stay at Vernon Downs Hotel! Stayed on second floor! All the bedding was horribly wrinkled, walls were dirty, drape was hanging so you couldn’t fully close it! The worst part was the horrible loud air conditioning fan!!! Seemed very outdated and the bathroom sink smelled like sewer!!

As expected great welcome we were quite early but sorted out so we could check straight in lovely room and a great meal at Restaurant all excellent value for money would recommend and definitely stay again

We were seated for dinner at the Miracle Mile restaurant and sat for about :15 with no wait staff taking our drink order or even saying hi, so we went to the one in the hotel and it was great.

Second stay was A-OK...!!!

Large clean rooms, clean large bath, andample parking. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The latter reserved for those 16 and older.
