Tippy Cottage en el lago

Tippy Cottage es un excelente refugio frente al lago ubicado a orillas del lago Tippecanoe, un "lago de todos los deportes" en Leesburg, Indiana. Esta luminosa y alegre casa de campo recientemente renovada de 4 dormitorios y 2 ½ baños incluye un concepto abierto de nivel principal que consta de sala de estar, comedor y cocina. La planta principal tiene dos baños completos con lavadero y dos dormitorios. En este nivel, el dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama extragrande de lujo, vestidor y terraza privada con vistas al lago para disfrutar de su café matutino. El segundo y luminoso dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y full. La deliciosa cocina tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio que lo llevan a una cubierta con mosquitero que proporcionará un lugar agradable para el madrugador o simplemente para disfrutar de las vistas al lago y la reserva natural. El nivel inferior cuenta con acceso al amplio patio delantero plano y tiene una sala familiar, medio baño, cocina eficiente y dos dormitorios. Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama queen con vistas al lago y la segunda habitación tiene dos juegos de literas. Tippy Cottage tiene su propio muelle privado para asegurar su propio barco si lo desea.

Hay tres puertos deportivos en el lago con servicios completos de botes con alquiler de botes disponibles. Además, tendrá acceso a un lanzamiento público en bote. Quince (15) minutos para ir de compras y comercios en Warsaw, Indiana. A poco más de una hora en coche de la Universidad de Notre Dame.

We chose Tippy Cottage because it was close to the wedding venue of one of our sons. Cindi was great to work with & promptly responded to messages. The cottage is very well appointed - lots of kitchen utensils, towels, pots & pans; plenty of bath and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 2 family room areas with sectional seating. We used the pack-n-play and high chair for our grandson - was nice nice to not have to bring those. We would love to stay again!

Amazing lake stay.

Our group had a grear time staying here. House was well equipped. Had a great porch view of the lake and a great fire pit too. House is well decorated. Beds were comfortable. The lot is super private with plenty of wildlife. Plenty of parking. Overall an A stay.

Excellent lakefront rental.

This was our second stay. Like our previous stay, our host owner was extremely responsive to questions I had about the property. She was also very helpful in making sure my elderly dad is safe and can easily get around. The fishing in the lake is also very good, and especially in the bay the house is located in. It’s a great property run by excellent owners - we’ll be back again in the future!

Mini-reunion

Old friends of 70+ years (yes, that’s 70+!) had a delightful stay at TIPPY COTTAGE. It’s a beautifully sited, immaculate, spacious-yet cozy- home on the water. We enjoyed a campfire, many long discussions on the screened porch, restful sleep (very quiet), and lovely dinners at restaurants on nearby lakes, only 10 minutes away. We also met the owners who were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and would love to return.

3 words.... Screened In Porch!

If we weren't out on our boat, we spent most of our time out in the screened in porch. The home was roomy enough for 6 adults with room to spare. We liked that this home did not sit right up against neighboring homes and it had a large outdoor area and fire pit. Cindi was prompt to address any questions or concerns. We brought our boat and 2 jet skis. Lake Tippecanoe is a great water sports lake.

Great trip!

Great quiet location and very clean well stocked house. Perfect yard and fire pit with a dock. Pictures do not do it justice - plenty of room for 11 of us. A few packing tips: nothing lacking inside the house - lots of towels, blankets, pillows - fully stocked kitchen. You should bring whatever outside yard toys and floats your groups wants. Yard is perfect for throwing a ball or playing bags - just bring your own! We hope to be back!

Tippy cottage

Our kids and grandkids really, really enjoy our stay at Tippy Cottage!!! The cottage is just perfect for our situation and the weather was much better than our first stay(October). The place is in excellent condition and the setting couldn’t be better. The kids and grandsons did some fishing, relaxing, s’mores and more, just perfect. The owners are terrific folks, friendly, quick to respond, just awesome people.
