Sorry the room felt dark, with 4 lamps plus the ceiling lighting by the bathroom we don't usually get complaints like this... as for the refrigerator, we indeed offer rooms with refrigerators. Had the reservation department been made aware of your desire to have a refrigerator, I'm sure you could have upgraded to have the amenities you desire. For future reference we also have 1, 2 and even a 3 bedroom penthouse unit available. Pertaining to golf, when compared to other "top 10 golf courses" in Orlando Florida area (or anywhere else for that matter) our prices are about 50% below our competition and on top of that our course conditions are amazing this time of year. Despite all this, our primary goal is to exceed every guests expectations and if you care to elaborate on some of your comments or give additional feedback I welcome you to contact me to discuss. rschindele@missioninnresort.com

I apologize but we do have a 72 hour notice of change or cancel to receive a refund. When you notified Travelocity of your illness did they offer to call us and speak with a manager for an exception? I do not recall speaking with them regarding this. Ann Marie, Reservation Manager
