I was on the first floor surrounded by a very large group of families with small children. Children were running, screaming and crying the entire stay. One child cried at the top of their lungs from the time I got there until I left. I complained at the front desk but they were fully booked and would not speak to any of the families. We were a group of parents of Cornell softball and nobody got any peace or sleep. Breakfast was all roped off forcing you to be seated and waited on for tips. At the price of almost $900 for 2 nights, and being frustrated and exhausted, most of us just went elsewhere for breakfast for some peace. Nobody utilized the bar, lounge by fireplace are anything else. Nobody will be returning and looking for a different location next year. "

We were told there were zero other rooms as they were completely booked. On a Wednesday. I do not believe that was true. During our stay, we heard 2 other people in the hallway and saw 5 other guests at breakfast (which we had looked at the room at 730 am and 8 am). Prime breakfast time and a fully booked hotel had 5 guests for breakfast. Not likely. But anyway, the noise did not continue throughout the night but we did hear it the next morning. But the fan/heat didn't work properly in the new room. Overall not a great experience and I will not return. "
