Terrible location

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: completely new staff
Location: not good for walking to other casinos, etc.
Lousy area, while walking to dinner we heard a guy say he had just gotten out of prison, on the way back a sex for money deal was working itself out. Terrible area. Waitstaff at hotel bar were downright rude.

horrible staff

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: the rooms are big
Cons: better staff
Location: this was a layover (flight cancellation) so we didnt use the hotel that much.
We arrived at the airport and called to ask for a shuttle. The not so helpful lady tells us that one should by at terminal 1; we go over there and after waiting for about 25 minutes we called back. She tells me that we should have called her again to request another shuttle, so we request another shuttle. After another 25 minutes we call back and she tells us that we have to wait until the 8:15pm shuttle (that is 1 hour and 15 minutes standing outside waiting for a shuttle) ... no only this, but this receptionist was rude, unwilling to help or to get out of her way to offer any help. We were very very disappointed.

Well... it was better than sleeping in the car.

Posted Jul 23, 2015
First of all, I was NOT happy with Travelocity's version of a "3-5" star hotel. They described the lowest (the three star) as Holiday Inns or a Hilton on the take a chance and see what hotel you get. (you don't know where you are staying until you pay) Heck, it was in Vegas, so I gambled my $22.00, and I sure did lose! The site even listed it as below a 3 star! Boo!!!!

Bugs, Dirt and Creepiness

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: Nothing except getting out of it each day.
Cons: Tear it down and build a modern hotel PLEASE! If not, completely redesign every room and fix all facilities and services. NEW MANAGEMENT could help!!!
Location: Take a cab for about 10 bucks to nearby great casinos. 7-11 and MacDonalds are conveniently nearby - 5 min walk - for a snack or quick purchase.
The little gnat bugs were out and about; Had to spend time killing them and washing them down the drain, but they came back. Threadbare and tatty carpets that were DIRTY -- I know because I wore some white socks around for a while. Creepy place with homeless guys all around. Old, weird design in rooms and out. Noisy, doors open outside. Door doesn't close easily so people slam them all the time. Internet spotty, mostly down. Fridge wasn't on which I didn't realize till I left half a sandwich in it. Bathtub doesn't drain. Just a gross place to stay that could ruin your fun feeling and expectations in wonderful Las Vegas. You will worry about the neighborhood and possible theft. DON'T STAY, HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES IN MY OPINION.

Request a Remodeled Room,

Posted Apr 1, 2015
The hotel up appeared to look nice according to the pictures however we did not get a remodeled style room. I must say that there was a flat screen, Nevertheless the room was livable and I would recommend only for one night not stay not for a whole weekend.

No tv

Posted Mar 24, 2015
No tv. I was told someone would come fix it. They sent security, they flat out told me they didn't know anything about it. Called the front desk 3 times. I was finally told they would waive my resort fee. When I checked out in the morning they did not. I had to go back in and ask for it to be done. They had no idea what I was talking about. I don't appreciate being lied to. I would never go back or recommend to a friend. AND very expensive for the piece seedy MOTEL that it was. "Hotel and Casino" is a load if crap.

Nice place and close to the strip

Posted May 31, 2012
Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
This place is very close to strip, we have opted for it to avoid the most of traffic, turns out to be a good decision. Rooms are good, clean and quiet.

Charge $25 to leave early

Posted May 14, 2012
Cons: No free Internet, Noisy, ratty place
The internet was slow like dial-up, the lobby was seedy, and when I signed in I had to initial that my card would be charged $25 if I left before my reservation was up - that said it all
