Loved decor and buffet breakfast. Disappointed in location as the end of airport runway was directly outside our window so lots of airplane noise.

Not great.

Not great. Surprise fees, no shower water pressure, weak AC. Dog relief area, front desk, and parking all required going through casino from room or from each other. Front desk only ever had one person and a slow long line. Bag helpers said that garage was too far to help get bags.

We liked the Hotel, the rooms were great, casinos clean and good food to purchase in the hotel too. The pools were good but if you want the better adult pool your expected to spend a minimum per chair! Our room was top floor in Canyon tower, it was great and comfortable however we did hear the elevators day and night! *Was not very impressed to sit or swim and watch a male lifeguard SLEEP on duty at the FAMILY pools, we didnt have our child with us but there was plenty of children around and this was a concern, I understand people are to watch their own children but lifeguards are there to save lives but that absolutely would not be happening when your taking continuous naps, even after rotation! A little shocking!

The property is very pet friendly and has a wing of the hotel for people with pets. They also have a convenient pet relief area. Everything was spectacularly clean and updated. Even without the fact that they were pet friendly, the hotel and resort was very nice. I cannot wait to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful — very modern, clean, and with a lovely view. It was comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay. The only thing I didn’t love was the mini fridge. It was completely stocked with items for purchase, so there was no space to store anything personal. They did offer the option to request it to be emptied, but I would have preferred if it came empty or at least had a small section available for guests to use. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.
