Winter Retreat

Rental period Nov 1, 2023 to Jan 31, 2024. The location was close to hiking and golfing as well as freeways, grocery stores and restaurants. The layout of the house suited us and we really enjoyed the view of Tortuga Mtn from the back yard. We would have given it 4.5/5 stars but propane BBQ was N/S and sofa in living room very hard & uncomfortable. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Had a great stay!

This house was perfect for us! It has a kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils, which is good because we like to cook on vacation. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean also. The WiFi was good, the tv worked well. The house is close enough to the highway to get there quickly without being close enough to hear the road noise. We would definite stay here again.

quiet neighborhood and skies

This place was perfect for us. Whether out walking or being at "home", we were amazed at how quiet and clear the skies and area were. We enjoyed the easy access to restruants and historic sites from University Avenue. We hope to visit it again next winter.
