Jan 1 2026 After breakfast done at 8:30 am to 12 :30 pm morning the lock on our room malfunctioned. We were blamed for it and yelled at by 3 staff repeatedly. Waited 4 hours to get back in the room. Offered pay for usd 180 for locksmith.

Bathroom toliet hadblack ring inside of it. Hot water took forever to heat up. Lobby doors open in the morning and had lobby freezing. Phone did not work had to walk to lobby. Breakfast not very good.

The room was a wreck…and they charged $100 as insurance I wouldn’t damage the room. This is not at all what we expect from a LaQuinta! It was dirty, in extreme disrepair, unfriendly staff. You have to warn people to stay away from this hotel. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I will also take this up with the chain, but do better. Don’t even list it as an option.
