A split A/C unit is equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool. Please note that the sofa bed cannot be used at this time. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

The remodeled bathroom is updated with a large walk in shower with custom tile work. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 2. The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.
