The Villa was very clean mostly updated.We loved the location between both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter.The kitchen is small, but nicely stocked.

The house had everything I needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking utensils and cookware. My dog enjoyed the fenced in area. I would definitely stay again.

We found the Villa well furnished and equipped with all the little necessities for self catering stay. It is also situated ideally between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing.

Great time in The Villages

Property was so clean and centrally located. Short cart ride to Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Owners are great people and live nearby if there is ever a problem. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent little villa

Very clean and quiet area. Easy access to Spanish springs and lake Sumter. Had a golf gas cart that used hardly any gas as we drove all over. You might bring your own keurig, everything else was there!

Great location to everything! The Villa was very clean, and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay there agai. FYI golf cart gauge said almost 3/4 full we filled it up and still said they same was a little concerned but not an issue. Great week highly recommend.

We could enjoy everything the villages has to offer because we didn't have to worry about any issues with our villa. Property Managers were efficient, the villa was clean and everything worked well. It was decorated beautifully as well.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed the month of March 2024. We were completely satisified with everything about this rental. Our hosts were very accommodating to any need we had. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The rental itself was immaculate, nicely furnished and comfortable. We will definately be back.

The golf cart came in very handy as we are regular golfers. We also used it to go to various locations within the villages. This villa is in a very convenient location close to several squares and area shopping centers. Overall we were very pleased with every thing and would highly recommend staying here.

We tried to contact management a soon as we arrived on 12/22/23. We tried several times after that, right up until the end of our stay. We received absolutely no response. Both my husband and I called as we had a few concerns and questions. To this day, we have not been contacted except for this automatically generated request for a review. I am not impressed and hope there are other options since we'll be hosting guests (some that would like to move here).

UK visitors three month rental

There were some minor issues, but all were dealt with quickly by Down Home Properties. The giant TV was the highlight, along with a fully equipped kitchen that suited our needs.
