The clerk at check in didn't explain that the back door she directed us to was hidden by a fence. She also only gave us one card for the free breakfast and complimentary drinks when there were two of us.

I thought I was getting a room in Las Vegas and come to find out it’s Palm Spring, CA Therefore I never evev used the room. I did purchase the Protection Plan. I at this point want to cancel.
