"The room was nice. It wasn’t a big room but it was spacious enough to feel comfortable. I love that they provided a humidifier because the Japan winters are very dry. The amenities were great and abundant. No need to bring toiletries. The restaurant food was a little pricey but the food was well worth it. The location of the hotel is also perfection. Walking distance from Gion and many other attractions. You will not be bored. The staff was great and the complimentary coffee hit the spot on those cold mornings. "

"The hotel is located in the heart of the area. There is options, transportation, shopping, eating and sightseeing. The staff is accommodating and very nice. The hotel is super clean, new and fresh. Kinda made me feel I was staying in a W hotel in the States. Stay here without thinking it twice."

"One of our favourite hotels from our 14 night tour. Welcomed our group with a taste of sake. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Good facilities for laundry and although I didn't have breakfast in the restaurant, others in our group really enjoyed it. Located close to metro, good dining options and walk to central city."
