"Lovely beach, beautiful views. The unit itself was small, very dated, and lacked simple decent amenities. Coffee tasted like dark water - and this in Hawaii? Nothing in the pantry, not even salt and pepper. For the price, this is not a good value. If it were half the cost, it’s great. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The view from the balcony is jaw dropping and we were treated to one perfect sunset after the next. We could even watch whales playing while we had cocktails. We were a family of four. We gave our kids the bedroom so we could listen to the ocean every night which put us right to sleep. The unit itself was very clean and obviously well maintained. The building staff were helpful and courteous. The beach is second to none. We swam with turtles using the masks and flippers provided. It was so nice not to have to bring or buy gear, chairs, umbrella. Kitchen had everything needed for most vacation cooking, but we mostly ate poke. We didn’t use the community grills, but it’s cool that it’s an option. Checking in and out was easy-peasy and host was helpful and clear. "

"We are at the airport flying back to Canada but we had a wonderful one week stay at the Hawaiian Princess penthouse apartment. The views are spectacular as is the beach. We picked up groceries at a Safeway before heading to our condo and we enjoyed having our breakfasts on the lanai and tried to get back for sunset most nights. Though we were here for the Kona low # 3 and had a day of wind/cloud and one day of heavy rain the other days were awesome. The beach and ocean were great for swimming. We toured the whole island with day trips - though got stuck in 2 hour hour rush hour traffic on the day we went to Waikiki. Beach house 604 was great for nearby dinner but we cooked at the condo a lot too. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was so comfy. I had a conference at the Disney resort for 2 days and this was just 25 mins away. I can highly recommend this place if you’re looking for stunning views, more room than a hotel and an amazing beach. "Our family enjoyed breathtaking views while staying in this corner unit. It was perfect for us. The furniture, sofa, bed, chairs, are clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed spotting sea turtles, seals, whales and more from the lanai. The owner was always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. The staff at the condo were amazing and made us feel like ohana. It was sad to leave such a beautiful, welcoming place. We already look forward to returning. Mahalo for the memories! "
