In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 25 km from the property. For privately use: summer kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge). The owner lives on the edge of the property (access via terrace, 45 m2).
