"I like the hospitality of the Hotel especially Heday-san. He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, gave us explanation about the area clearly. The hotel has private onsen and it’s very nice. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel."

"Very nice accommodations and very good value. The rooms are in need of a refresh, but extremely functional. Our only improvement would be the food variety. We stayed for one week, which is probably unusual for most guests so we tired of the same food day after day. There is great variety, but the same ever day. As an example, for fruit it's apple, banana and pineapples every breakfast varying with other fruits every other day would be a welcome change. Same with eggs, bread selections."
