Overall the property was poorly maintained. There was an obvious lack of upkeep especially when arriving to the third floor and seeing a large industrial fan placed in the hallway for cooling purposes. My room had a broken air conditioner puts an obvious stale odor. If you are traveling through Kokomo, don’t make the same mistake as me by staying here. There are better options out there. Be sure to choose one.

The room smelled of mildew, people were loud downstairs, if I wasn't so exhausted, I would've said something to the hotel when i got to the room. The biggest complaint I have, they charged me for the room on top of what travelocity charged me. It was expensive for what the room was to begin with, let alone being charged twice for it.
