"We were given a room on the second floor (and advised that there was no elevator-traveling with 82 year old mother). Upon entering room was hit by an overpowering smell of "wet dog". Heater did not work in either of the rooms we had. We were moved to a first floor room that had working heater/ac. Carpeting in hall and stairs looked stained. We did not have housekeeping for the 3 days we stayed. Breakfast service was good."

"I am unable to rate any of the amenities because we didn't stay. We booked a handicap accessible room only to find out, upon arrival, they didn't have one. No phone call, email or text before we got there. We spent the next 4 hours calling and driving around the area trying to find a room. We ended up staying 30 minutes away (rather than 5 minutes) from the hospital I was having day surgery at the next day. "

"Wow! We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful home, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. One of our favorite places we stayed, and hope to come back. Super clean, and cozy. Hot tub is also amazing! "
