Under construction. Inadequately security measures. Trash outside and several broken lights, doors etc., pool was out, never saw house keeping, several things broken or falling apart inside.

Nightstand light didn’t work, reported but never fixed. Lighting in bathroom horrible. No vent in bathroom causing fog after taking a shower. No complementary coffee during the day. Coffee provided in room wasn’t enough to accommodate 3 guest in room. For a Hilton establishment I was very disappointed.

Not Perferct, WORTH IT.

This is one of my top 3 favorite locations, Trenton, NJ on 195 will ALWAYS be NUMBER 1... the reason I scored with comfort level 3 is because the room I was in had broken cables on the black out shades so I couldn't get the quality sleep I was hoping for, I was also disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission. I am excited about the coming changes for this property as it is under outside renovations, the interior was top notch, high traffic areas should be swept/vacuumed more often. One elevator was not in use, but didn't seem to slow the flow of traffic. Every staff member was polite and efficient. I was there with my disabled mother and my children and everyone was attentive and kind. My daughter enjoyed every moment, as she is 3 years old, and very outgoing in nature. We do thank you all for the stay and look forward to returning in the future to enjoy the upgrades and amenities.

Disappointed for a Hilton!

The front office had construction work. There was not clear direction exactly where to enter. Doors that would normally be locked were left open. I did not feel secure/ safe. The condition of the room was poor. The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls. The air condition did not work well, thus leading to very poor sleep.

Good place to stay but thermostat didn’t work. When we entered room temp was 58°. Adjusting the thermostat didn’t warm the room up. Had to shut off the system to get it to warm it up

Weekend Trip

The room itself was great. However, the shower was only hot water. The ice machine on the second floor did not work. The hot tub was out of order which was disappointing.
