建物と設備は年季が入っているもののよく手入れされている。何よも美しい庭が素晴らしい。 　IKEA創業地でその博物館のある”Älmhult"に近く、約40kmの”Smålandet Moose Safari”では、自車で廻り間近にムースが見られる。また、南部の海岸各都市も日帰りで観光できる。主人の話では、ホテルのそばでも野生のムースが見られるそうだ。この地も他と同様、森と湖の美しさは素晴らしい。

The hotel was run down, not well maintained and breakfast was average. When we asked for a small amount of fresh milk for our coffee in the room, the staff came back with a large glass full of milk wanting 25 SEK.
