HUGE & AFFORDABLE!

If you have a large family, or several family groups traveling together, this house is perfect for you. 4 stories, 16 bedrooms, so many bathrooms, and a kitchen on each floor! Property was clean, with the exception of a few spots, which weren’t too big of a deal. Gorgeous view of the ocean with a private walkway to beach, nice pool, and 2 hot tubs are waiting for you outside. Highly recommend!

Great house and location with some issues.

This house is amazing. We were a group of colleagues, and the location and layout of the house was absolutely perfect. Each room having its own bathroom was great for us - it was like we each had our own hotel room but we didn't have to leave the property to get there! The beach is right there, and the views from the house cannot be beat. The hot tubs were awesome. We did have some issues during our stay: - We paid for the pool to be heated, and it was definitely NOT heated. - The cleanliness of the house was not good. I'm not sure if they changed cleaning companies or were rushed before our group arrived, or if it was just in a terrible state after the busy season, but the floors were sandy when we arrived, there were bugs in the house, the windows were filthy, one couch smelled strongly of urine, and the dishes in the cabinets were not very clean. - The internet connection was not stable and could not support 18 of us being connected at the same time. - The communication with the host was slow and did not always resolve our issues. Regarding the internet, they suggested resetting the router, which was in a locked closet, so we could not do that. Regarding the pool heating, they said they would check with their vendor and never got back to us. We would stay here again IF these issues were resolved.

ONCE IN A LIFETIME FAMILY VACATION

At first, it seemed tidy and clean. The day we arrived, 2 of our guests cut their feet on the floorboards in the main kitchen. They were in dire need of repair. The house itself provided space, big kitchen with adequate chairs at the 2 tables. There was supposed to be a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There was none. One of the bath towels was broken and unusable. Multiple toilet paper holders were missing. 2 toilets kept running all day and night. The pool was great as were the 2 hot tubs. The decks were very messy when we got there. It looked like they weren't even cleaned or organized. The floors were so dirty that they had to completely mop the floors over again. Our feet were black on the first night! The top drawers in one bedroom had no knobs. Two screws were poking out (very dangerous). Some of the kitchen chairs were so wobbly we were afraid to use them. One of the counter height chairs had screws sticking out (they tried to make them safer by taping foam around them. Unfortunately one of the crawling babies discovered them and got cut on his arm. One of the beds on the second floor broke. Maintenance came and fixed it by putting a block of wood under it. it made the bed usable again. Noticed that the other 3 posts were already fixed in the same manner. The proximity of the beach was great, however, the nails were poking out on the steps that led you up to the dunes and pavillion (which was great for leaving chairs, etc during the visit)

Family vacation

Initially we were without towels due to a problem with their laundry facility but later that day we received a large delivery of clean towels. Two of the toilet paper holders were broken in the house and the floors were not very clean, but all in all it was a good stay. Lots of room. Lots of entertainment: pool table, etc. lots of parking available.

Beautiful area, the house is fabulous and well furnished. It needs a maintenance walk through to address all of the loose and missing things. We loved our stay there and plan to book again for next year.

Family fun

We enjoyed this beautiful home. It fit our big family perfectly. The kids loved the game room and movie theater. Lots of time in the hot tubs. The weather was cool and even with a heated pool we found ourselves not using it much. For sure if the weather was better. I loved all the refrigerator space. Beautiful kitchen and several sitting areas. I enjoyed the daily sunrises with a coffee. I highly recommend this beautiful home on the beach for all.
