The one thing that caught us by surprise is that our room wasn't cleaned after the first day we were there. We came back after being out all day to see the same disheveled room that we left in the morning. I don't believe we ever experienced that anywhere else before.

The breakfast is very good...just wish they would change it up alittle from day to day. instead of same think every day..rooms very clean and on first floor was nice because we are older and limited on walking distance

Like indoor pool. Room was a little costly. Don’t like that I couldn’t just call the motel To book my room. Had to go thru the booking site, which I am sure cost more due to fees.

When deciding which to stay at, my priority was indoor pool and hot tub. This place stated they worked that day. I arrived and noticed this is a long building. Mostly all clients are parked at the far building. I believe it was intentional. It was connected tot he main but was quite a walk when it wasnt necessary to get to the amenities. Checking in was easy. Room was nice, neat and clean. I hiked to the spa area. Very clean and peaceful. Attempting to utilize the hot tub. Of course, it was broken. Requested staff to evaluate. She did. However, she put in a call to maintenance. Which would not be looked into that evening. The hot tub was very warm, it was dirty tho. At this time the pool is warm. Took a swim. The staff turned on the fill valve when checking the hot tub, theb forgot. The pool is now over flowing and cold. Unfortunately it was not the relaxing event which was the whole point in going there. :-( i suggest a neighboring hotel over this one.
