"Brilliant location, a stone’s throw from the major sights and a beautiful view of the Acropolis every morning with a good buffet breakfast on the rooftop. Our room was an upgrade Premium room. Spacious, modern and a wonderful bed. Excellent AC. Housekeeping 10/10. The only detractor was the service. Sometimes wonderful and courteous, other times, surly and unhelpful. We didn’t ask for much during our stay but staff standing outside chatting and blocking the entrance to the hotel was irritating. Asking for help to raise the sunshade and being told at 10:58 “We’re not open until 11:00” could have been handled better. I would stay again for the comfortable rooms but I wonder if I would find better service elsewhere."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and centrally located to the Acropolis and the Plaka District. The staff was exceptional, the Lobbie area, the pool the bar all beautifully maintained and comfortable for relaxing. The room I stayed in, however was not the greatest. The refrigerator didn’t work. The wallpaper on the walls were bubbling, the room had a overpowering perfume smell when we first arrived. I’m guessing to try to cover up any cigarette smell seeing that it is a smoking hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were stained. They probably need to be replaced."

"I had an offer to upgrade my stay to a better room which was not clear the price as they claim to upgrade the stay for 95 euros and they fail to inform that was additional per night, therefore I had to pay in full the extra amount. In addition I had to stay one extra night, so at check out from one room to another they came at 11am sharp to move my stuff, they did not even care that I was half naked as they open the door of the room without nocking the door looking for my stuff. At the next day on checkout they offer me the storage of the bag and they charged me extra for the storage. Considering that the hotel location is great they will not be an option for me I recommend to avoid this hotel and look for better options and choose this one if you cannot find anything else"
