Tesis biraz eski, banyolar yenilenmiş fakat daha fazla yenileme gerekiyor. Resepsiyon dekoru kasvetli ve ortam ilk giriş izlenimini bozacak şekilde kokuyor. Balkon kapısı hiç açık bırakılmadığı halde odada minik kertenkeleler var. Yakalayıp dışarı bırakılsa da bir şekilde giriyorlar. Herşey dahil bir otelde gece 22.00 den sonra içecekler ücretli idi. Animasyon ile çok ilgili değildik fakat orta diyebiliriz. Yan otelden müzik sesi çok şiddetli duyuluyor, Seagull o kadar gürültülü değil. Konum olarak plaj biraz taşlı olsa da denize sıfır, güzel bir iskelesi mevcut. Yemekler konusunda ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Personel bir dediğini iki etmiyor, güleryüzlü ve ilgili.
