Staff was really nice, manager was great. My first room had many issues like no hot water, appliances weren't able to be plugged in. The furniture was not sturdy and looked like a dog chewed it. I was moved to another room. This room had big black flies on the ceiling and a bunch more dead in the windowsill. My dog was obsessed with something under the bed. Ilooked under the bed but it was an enclosed platform. Was something inside? I didnt want to know. Other than that the stay was good. My kids loved the pool area and the breakfast was pretty decent. I think the water heater on the 3rd floor must not be great because the second rooms water was warm but not hot.

Room was decent. Pool area was overwhelming with chlorine smell in the air. It stayed stuck in our noses for hours and eyes burned. Same still after 3 visits. The Jacuzzi still does not bubble as one should. I'm guessing because of all the kids that are allowed in there. There was no one manning the water slide and kids were pulling on top of each other to go down together. The sir that made breakfast was kind. Good fun and nice stay.

Although dated in places, the hotel was nice. Very short staffed which showed in the service and some cleaning aspects. The guy was nice, but it was beyond ridiculous the issues we had with other guests' behavior in the pool and the lack of care the hotel staff had. It quickly became a very unsafe environment and despite several families on multiple occasions mentioning their concerns to the staff and leaving the pool area due to the unsafe guests, he did nothing to rectify the situation. He was outrageously lucky no one was seriously hurt. Aside from this, our stay was good.

The water park was COLD AND THE WATER WAS FREEZING COLD….. The hot tube felt like a heated pool…. The manager of the hotel didn’t even know that the heater wasn’t on so needless to say our kids did not enjoy themselves was only in the waterpark area for maybe 15 minutes and we left …. Went back to my room and booked a room at a different hotel. That guarantee that the pool was heated in it most definitely was the children had a blast there Margaritaville KCK…….. The top it off, woke up the next morning with a cockroach hanging on the ceiling
Woke up to this on the ceiling of my room…. It is a cockroach Water pool was icy cold water manager didn’t even know that the heater wasn’t on the pool area was also cold with the air conditioner running totally disappointed booked a different room!

Staff courteous, room was good. Waterpark had hot tub and slide both closed, and waterpark restrooms definitely need a facelift. Water in kids pool was exceptionally cold. We basically chose this due to the waterpark, and though it has possibilities, we were a bit disappointed.

I left my bottle warmer there and can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. The pool made the kids cough and get sick from the chlorine and there were stains on the ceiling and wood splitting on the furniture.

Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, very limited seating, super nice staff all around. Kids loved the pool but the hot tub was out of order the entire time and that was a big part of why we chose this hotel. Rooms need updated (trash under night stands, lights that didn’t work, broken alarm clock). Overall kids liked it, staff was great, decent beds, and affordable.
