The kitchen is fully equipped, and in the basement there is a gym and games like billiard tabel. Great outside 60m2 terrace and balcony, with a nice view on green. Private parking and children playground outside. 4 Bicycles included for free. Pet friendly. Smoking is allowed only outside. Seccond baby cot is available on request for free.
