Relax on the Kona Coast in scenic Kailua-Kona, this vacation home features oceanfront views and is perfect for a family or group of friends.

Kona Reef is next to Honles Beach and is blissfully tranquil. Enjoy being close to the iconic Alii Drive and downtown Kailua Village where you can enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and more. Kona Reef is in a terrific location. The panoramic ocean views from your private lanai are breathtaking. You will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets and the stunning Kona Coast.

This one-of-a-kind three-bedroom, three-bathroom property, with stunning oceanfront views. Enjoy your large lanai with ample seating to relax and listen to the ocean.

Upon entry, this property has a guest room with a queen bed and a guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination located off the hallway for privacy.

Cook up some dinner at home in your fully stocked, and upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax at the built-in breakfast bar or have a sit-down dinner. The dining room boasts a dining table for a sit-down dinner for six. There are large sliding glass doors that are located off the dining area to the lanai.

The open layout of the dining room that flows out to the living area allows ample space. There is a smart television and couches for a comfortable living space. There is also a desk for a great work area. You can stream your favorite show, watch cable, or go old-school and watch some DVD favorites from the collection.

There is a guest room off the living area with two twin beds. The guest bathroom is located off the hallway for guests. In the hallway, there is also a washer and dryer.

The primary ensuite is located down the hallway which allows ultiamte privacy. The large room has a seating area, king bed, and television. The bathroom has a stand-alone vanity and a tiled shower. The primary bedroom also has a split air conditioning unit.

The lanai that is off the living area and dining room has a table and seating to relax. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee and watch the waves roll in.

The condo was in good condition and the 3 bedrooms would be ideal for a family gathering or for a large family. This trip was our third stay at the Kona Reef condominiums and we always enjoyed listening to the waves, viewing the sunsets and cruise ships and taking the short walk into town for shopping or eating at the restaurants.

Recommended! Roomy, comfortable unit on the water with a spectacular panoramic view up and down the coast and a 5-minute into town via Ali'i Dr. Great kitchen with up-to-date appliances. Main rooms and master BR have AC and other bedrooms have fans, which kept nighttime temps comfortable. Check-in/out was easy, grounds/pool are well-maintained and on-site personnel were very nice for the few quick questions we had. Will 100% book this unit again next time we come to Kona!

This property location is excellent as it’s a short walk to Kona restaurants and shops and a small beach adjacent to property. Of course the view is incredible with gorgeous sunset views. We found the beds comfortable and AC handled the humid weather while we were there. The stairs were only 2 flights and not steep so worked for us. As mentioned in other reviews the track lighting in primary bedroom does not work and carpets need cleaned/replaced.

Convenient location, enjoyed many activities around Kona, walkable to town. Several great snorkeling beaches in the area. Easily accommodated 6 adults, enjoyed the lanai and views every morning and evening! The pool /hot tub are great. The only issues is the carpet is stained in several spots, some outlets don’t work, and the dishwasher smells musty. But that being said, I would definitely book again. Location made everyone in our group happy!

Everything really was perfect, especially the location. We walked to everything, including our luau, the farmers market, local entertainment, and food. The view from the balcony was spectacular with not only beautiful rocks and water, but also lots of people on boogie boards and surfboards in the water. The location, the view and the amenities are a amazing! But the only reason I hesitate to put the 5 star is because some of the appliances were old and the dishwasher was broken, it does need a revamp in some of the pans, kitchen utensils, fans and lighting fixtures.But if you aren’t staying inside too long is a great place!

Ocean front Kona dream vacation

We had a marvelous time on the big island! The beautiful and roomy condo made it easy to relax after a busy day. Thank you for having beach towels, ice chests and even a big beach umbrella! With the purchase of a few groceries it was perfect! Great kitchen, big bathrooms, and we enjoyed the large lanai!
