Best Beach View you will ever have...

It was a beautiful place, I have never been so close to the ocean. You could even hear the ocean sounds with the door closed. The amenities were great and parking was very easy and close to the unit. The only issue was, there were roaches and ants in the place. It was clean but because of it being so close to the ocean I think they have a hard time keeping them away. They had traps there and management was working on it. I feel like I can't give a fair review without mentioning this. We had a good stay otherwise, the insect problem was in the kitchen and I believe if they closed off the trash, it would be fine. I do think at the price point they are charging, they should fix this.

Fantastic Unit and Location

Wow! What a great place to stay right on the water. Unit is very clean and updated. It is as close to the ocean and beach and pool as possible. First floor corner end unit. Perfect for our family to go in and out the back slider to the ocean and pool. There are two pools on the property which is nice. Parking is very close to the unit. Kitchen has everything you need including a full size fridge. I can tell the owners take pride in this place.

Maui Paradise

What a treat it was to stay at this Kaanapali Shores condo. So many good things!! 1-location, just off the main Kaanapali drag so it didn’t get the same traffic yet was close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and grocery store. 2-location of unit. Cannot get closer to the pool and beach than this. Amazing to walk off the patio and be right there. Perfect spot to watch sunset from your bedroom!! 3-two amazing pools and pool towels! You can exchange them as often as you like for fresh ones and the procedure is really simple to do. 4-on site pool bar and restaurant with live music, happy hours. 5-free ukelele lesson on Tuesdays with Jason, craft show on Thursdays 6-three cute gift shops on property 7-comfortable accommodations with two twins in one room perfect for families with kids 8-two boogie boards, some beach chairs, old snorkel stuff in closet (no cooler) The only complaint I would say is that I came less prepared than usual for a VRBO unit. Usually there is plenty of soaps/shampoos/kitchen stuff like salt and oils. Only two loads of laundry detergent so bring some if you plan to pack light! This was pretty bare bones in that respect and lacked the homey atmosphere I usually see. But in no way would this detract me from renting again. I would just know what to bring with me! Thanks for an amazing trip! Loved it!!

The most convenient location of all the condos

Everything is exactly as described. This was the perfect unit for relaxing, swimming and going to the beach. No going up and down elevators and stairs. The beach and the pool are steps from your lanai. The condo had plenty of extras for the beach and the pool and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. If we ever go back, I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Maui vacation

The condo was perfect for us (3 adults, 2 teens). The first floor location and the patio were convenient to the beach, pool, and to view poolside entertainment in the evening. The location was close to many excellent snorkeling spots which we did just about every morning. The beachside boardwalk was nice to stroll n the evening to view the sunsets. Overall, the whole experience was excellent. Would stay there again.

Amazing condo! This condo is steps away from the beach. Walk out the door and 20 feet to the beach! Also just a few steps to the pool and bar/restaurant! I can’t say enough about the amenities and convenience of this location. Also less than a block from restaurants outside the property! Easily accommodated our family of 4!

Phenomenal location!

We have never been to Hawaii before and had lots to consider. Friend’s recommendations of this and other islands. Other locations in Maui. When we found this location and this condo in particular we knew this was the place. And we weren’t disappointed! Short easy scenic drive from the airport. Basically drive right up to our door. Once in the condo we had everything we needed for cooking in our room to chairs and boards for the beach. The beach was 20 feet outside our window and the pool was 30 feet from our Lanai. We couldn’t have had a more perfect location. We slept with our windows open so we could hear the ocean when we went to sleep and when we woke up. It was awesome and relaxing. We watched the sunset from our lanai/lawn, we had 4 whales out front of our bedroom windows, we snorkelled out front of our condo with sea turtles and fish. We walked miles along the shoreline and In my opinion this was the absolute perfect location and best we have seen. Communication with the condo owner was excellent, their responsiveness was excellent and their recommendations for food and the sites was excellent. The food on Maui is awesome and never had one disappointing meal, all in all an awesome vacation with zero complaints and nothing but a desire to return. Kaanapali is a great location. Mahalo to our condo owners and the people of Maui.

The property is great with easy access to all amenities. Fully equipped to meet all of our needs. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond to any requests we had. Location can’t be beat!

Location is about as good as it gets. Pool was newly redone and beach is right out the door. Would highly recommend. Master mattress needs replaced and Checkin process was rough but I’m sure going to be corrected. But all things considered it was the best place we have stayed in Maui hands down and the includes some very nice hotels. The access to the beach makes this place very hard to beat.

Great location

We had a great time. Condo was great. Floors could have been a bit cleaner. But I’m nit-picking the small details and that is more to do with cleaning company!! It was a shame the pool in front of the condo was being refurbished but the ocean was right there so we didn’t bother too much about that. There’s also another great pool close by! Overall it was great and would recommend!

Incredible location

We’ve stayed at the Hyatt and the Wailer on past trips but enjoyed this the most. Proximity to so many things made this so great. Saw several honu while snorkeling out front. Just perfect really. Clean, comfortable, quiet.

This is an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a home base on a trip to Maui. The unit is extremely clean with a beautiful view of the ocean, just steps from the beach and pool. It is conveniently located, close to a grocery store and restaurants. The owners have thought of every detail with beach chairs, pool and beach toys, face masks and snorkeling equipment. The kitchen and baths are also well equipped with all you need. Look no further! We highly recommend for groups of friends, couples or families.

Perfect for a Family

The location simply can't be beat. The property overall was great with parking close to the unit. The unit was perfect for families spanning any age. There was easy access to the beach, pool and restaurant as well as the grocery store across the street. The chairs and beach toys were very helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
