"It was a clean quiet place to stay, with plenty of room. We had a lot of fun staying here, and it was super close to the Rose Bowl Stadium where we went for an event. Ubering to there only took us 15 mins even with event traffic, so that was enjoyable! "

"The place was nice, quaint, and clean. The only critique I have was the check in process didn’t specify that the guest house was behind the fence, so I initially got lost. That being said, the host and friends were amazing and helped us out!"

"Good location-easy to get to and close to 210. Not really a walking neighborhood but less than 10 minute drive to downtown Pasadena. House-very clean and quiet. Enclosed yard good for pets. Kitchen well stocked with basic supplies. One downside-only 3 coffee mugs, we were 4 adults who love coffee! Also, nespresso machine was great-but no espresso cups!Owners-communication was easy and he responded quickly to questions. We had a great stay! Thanks!"

"A warm and gracious welcome by Dmitry, the homeowner, set the stage for a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a street nestled in the foothills. Abundant wildlife, flora and majestic trees adorn the property. We slept most comfortably, and it was such a treat to be provided delicious Illy coffee (via Keurig machine) and bottled water. The living room area allowed a cozy couch (and interesting library) for reading. We hope to return soon, and enjoy the fine accommodations of Dmitry’s home. It fit our needs perfectly!"
