Great Fall Stay

Excellent stay at our favorite vacation community - Joseph! Place was great. Very comfortable living room, bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Very nice views and access to the lake. The place is below the road elevation and very quiet. Host was exceptional in responding to a couple items we had. Definitely would stay again!

Nice Lake House

Had a great 3 night stay at this house on Lake Wallowa. It had just the right blend of rustic and modern. The kitchen is very well appointed - had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable enough that everyone slept well. We docked our boat on the beautiful private dock great for fishing and swimming, and used the BBQ for grilling. What a nice summer vacation spot!

Dreamy oasis

My husband and another couple stayed at this wonderful home on Memorial Day weekend. It was such a peaceful getaway and the retreat we were looking for. The beds are comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, the deck and access to the lake was amazing. Even though it wasn’t warm enough to get in the lake we enjoyed the dock and fishing with spectacular views. We cooked in the house throughout the weekend and have had everything we needed. The water heater is noisy in the primary bedroom but that didn’t stop us from loving the house and our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Being on the lake we were just a few minute drive to downtown or the hiking trails. Very peaceful stay!

Spacious and well keep cabin

We loved our stay in this cabin. The views to the lake and mountains are spectacular. Rooms are spacious and there’s plenty of board/cards games for the family to enjoy. The hot tub was a great deal to have available during our stay, we used it every night. The only negative thing about the property is the sizes of the showers, there are on the small size. Besides that everything else was shown in pictures. Beautiful place to stay. We would stay here again.

Stay in the Winter

The hot tub was great and the area is beautiful and quiet in the winter. As everyone else said, the showers are very small. I am 5'1" and 125 pounds and I had a gard time showering. The dock was down because of the winter but we were still able to go down to the water and look at the wildlife. I loved the gates to the water and the hot tub so littles dont get into water. Great place to stay.

Not worth the money.

We really wanted to love this cabin but there were alot of things that were hard to ignore. The internet on the smart tv kept stalling daily… internet issue. So many of the doors throughout the house are not level so they’re hard to open/hard to close. Biggest complaint was the noise. We are a family of 5 and none of us got good rest during our 4 night stay… Inside of the master bedroom is the tankless water heater that is only behind a curtain. Which is right next to the bed… Anytime anyone uses any running water it makes such loud noises. So in the middle of the night, when someone uses the restroom and washes their hands it would wake us up. It sounds like a leaf blower, impossible to ignore. The scenic lake view is beautiful. But in our opinion it was NOT worth what we paid…

Lake front charmer

Cute 'cottage' on the lake. Great deck and dock to enjoy the view and water. Layout of the house works well and the kitchen with second refrigerator (outside) has what you need for your stay. We did not utilize the hot tub but it looks clean and inviting. Enjoy this rental as we certainly did!

Little disappointed the hot tub was serviced on the day before we left so we couldn’t use it on our last night. Other than that, we had a great time in a very nice vacation home.

Professional and Detailed Service

Requested and was granted a 3pm arrival. Great floor plan, very up to date appliances and televisions (large screens in living and master). A serious array of kitchen utensils and bathroom products like I've never seen before. I was contacted by an actual person (Cindi), prior to our arrival, giving me detailed check in instructions. Driveway was cleared of snow just prior to our arrival, thank you. Excellent views of the lake. Will stay here again.
