Good weekend getaway

Property was as advertised. Clean, up to date appliances. The host communicated very well which made our stay comfortable. Parking is probably the biggest inconvenience but that’s expected staying in the city.

Excellent Stay!

We just got back home after 10 days visiting family in Jersey City, and this VRBO couldn't have been a better choice! It's just as pictured in the photos - modern, spacious, spotless, and beautiful! It was so calming. The rooftop deck was incredible, although we didn't use it only because it was 20 degrees out. The owner was incredibly responsive. Only about a 20 minute drive from the Newport PATH station into NYC - lots of parking there and a nice mall, and right by the water so an amazing view of the NYC skyline. I highly recommend this place!

AMAZMING PROPERTY EVEN BETTER HOST

All I can say is book without fear. I have rented on Vrbo and have experienced terrible outcomes - however this HOST WAS A1SO MUCH SO WE BOOKED AN ADDTIONAL COUPLE OF DAYS. - REALLY GREAT SOUL WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Absolutely loved!!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay. Anthony was very kind & helpful to anything that we needed. The condo was exactly as pictured & very clean. The only negative aspect was that we were not close to any grocery stores or food places. Other than that, we had an amazing time.

Beautifully-appointed immaculate condo

My family and I loved this beautiful, immaculate and well-supplied condo during a Thanksgiving trip to visit family in NJ. The unit is bright with comfortable, modern furniture. Anthony, our host, responded promptly to our questions and was very hospitable. Even the need to find on-street parking did not detract from this lovely condo. We would absolutely return!

Clean, bright and nice place

Excellent place to stay for a visit to NYC and east Jersey. Place is as advertised, clean and bright. Best to have a car to stay here for ease of transport into the city, and parking can be a bit of a challenge, but the place is great and served our family well. Would stay here again for sure.

Wedding in Brooklyn, NY

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The place was very nice/comfortable and exactly what we were looking for (we were in from out of town to attend a family wedding in Brooklyn and there were 5 adults staying in the place) and as advertised on VRBO. Getting over to New York/Brooklyn was "trafficky" but I guess what you'd expect in any major city. Jersey City itself, and neighboring Hoboken were very nice - plenty to do in that area alone. The only major drawback to the entire trip was the serious lack of parking on the street in the neighborhood. I got one overnight parking ticket and had to park a mile away our last night and Uber back to the place and then again back to the car the next morning. Since almost all of the houses in the area have driveways, there is extremely limited parking, which did have a negative impact on our trip, but overall, a great place to stay and no complaints about anything other than the parking.

Beautiful condo

Stayed here with family for nearly a week. The place looks even better in person and the host was easy to get in touch with for a smooth check in/check out process. Highly recommend this place and would stay at again in the future!

Trip to New York

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house upon our arrival. The house is situated on a quiet street and is very accessible to buses. The kitchen was beautiful with all modern appliances and plenty of dishes and cookware. An added bonus was the large rooftop deck. The owner was quick to answer any questions.

Girls Trip

This place was stunning. It was extremely spacious for 6. We were all in awe with the master bathroom. I would definitely recommend this to a big group looking for a home away from home type of vibe. Anthony was a great host.

Nice stay, nice property

This is a very nice property that's nicely appointed with modern amenities. It's open and airy with a large window in the living area which is nice for natural lighting. The television has surround sound which presented a slight issue for me, but I contacted the owner and he immediately responded to resolve my issue. This property is on the top level, so be prepared for stairs as soon as you enter the door (not a big deal but wanted future occupants to be aware). The outside rooftop deck area is very nice and a plus for sure. There is street parking but that wasn't a problem for us. We parked and took an Uber to NYC. I would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and clean. Anthony the owner, was very accommodating to our needs. We rented a car for transportation to stores and to catch the path train to New York, each day. My kids enjoyed the trip.

Great location Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. The downside was the parking. street parking only. Took a long time to find somewhere to park when returning to the home from activities. May be easier for smaller cars. I had a Tahoe.
