Condo 212 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.
