The view was outstanding. The best you’ll find in Arkansas. The courtesy and amenities were all stellar. From the firewood to games to kitchen space, there was plenty to appreciate.

I was looking for something with a wow factor for pur end of the year vacation and Above the Fog definitely delivers that.The cabin is well kept and was very clean. The views are amazing and the location is close to everything.We will definitely be back

Beautiful place, unbeatable view. Attention to detail on things we would need for the week was a huge bonus and it's just minutes away from Jasper. Could not ask for a better experience!

Amazing view! Our cabin was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive with any questions that we had. There were thoughtful touches provided like s’more ingredients and firewood for the fire pit. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this cabin again.

Above the fog? Above and beyond what we could have hoped for!

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The level of care and detail the host provides to accommodate guests is unmatched. Not to mention the beauty and comfort of the cabin and its spectacular view across the Arkansas Grand Canyon. We came to star gaze and this location didn't disappoint.

Beautiful View of the Arkansas Grand

The “Above the Fog” cabin was everything we hoped it would be for our week in beautiful Arkansas! The cabin is conveniently located near Jasper, the Buffalo River, and several of the waterfalls featured in Tim Ernst’s book “Arkansas Waterfalls”. We enjoyed coffee every morning overlooking the Arkansas Grand Canyon and fixed several dinners in the well equipped kitchen. Tammy was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and check-in was seamless! We hope to stay again!

This is a first. This cabin actually exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had firewood for the firepit, all the fixings for s'mores and a bag of ice in the freezer for our trip home. Oh and the views goes without saying.

Couldn't be better!

The home was extremely clean and well built. The view from the back porch is amazing, and the rental is properly named "Above the Fog". We thoroughly enjoyed our quick stay. Will be back!!

Can I give this more than five stars!?

This property has all you can want, stunning views, well appointed kitchen, multiple places to enjoy the outdoors, and ample linens. The host was easy to communicate with and the cabin was clean and fresh. We certainly want to come back. Alum Cove, Lost Valley and Triple Falls were our favorite hikes and the waterfall book in the cabin was very helpful in planning our outings.

Beautiful view, great location

We had a wonderful time in Jasper, the home was perfect for our family. Everything was top notch, the house was clean, well furnished, and perfectly met all of our needs. The only minor knocks were the road off 7 is very rough and the two bedrooms upstairs could use a blind on the north facing windows, lots of light in the early mornings.

We loved it everything was neat and new. We tried to rent it out again for us and our kids in October but it was already booked out for the weekend we wanted. Hope we can get a chance to stay in the other cabins on the property soon!
