"Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. But the first room we got appeared to have been lazily cleaned, there were used towels shoved in a corner, the trash cans were not emptied, the counters were dirty, and the bed was not made. It was resolved fairly quickly after mentioning it to the front desk and we got a new room that was much better. Overall a very nice stay."
