What you see is NOT what you get!
The main reason we booked this property was for the ocean view. That is 100% NOT the case, instead, from the balconies, one sees a concrete condo complex being built! Upon arrival at 8 PMish, the temperature of the home was 79 degrees. We attempted to contact the property owner...no response. The day after, the property owner contacts us and lets us know he will contact the owner because the thermostats are actually locked! We see a piece of paper in the kitchen that evening stating that if 74 degrees is a problem to contact the property manager. Nothing changes for all 6 nights except for the property manager dropping off a fan for the last two nights. Note, the listing did NOT say anything about the temperature being set at 74 degrees. Some other items, shower head in master BR not working, they came over to look at, was not fixed. Several lights in the master BR not working. Jacuzzi "not functional". We specifically asked before the booking about this. Lastly, we requested for a late checkout due to our flight being delayed. Property owner agreed, but forgot to tell the cleaning folks. The cleaning folks actually came in while we were there, cleaned the first floor, and left! Note, property manager communicated they would credit us. The credit ended up to be for one night! Overall, poor customer service from the property manager and even worse from the owner of property. Renters beware. You do not get what you see, unfortunately!
