Very clean and comfortable . Noisy metal plate on road outside clinked every time a car went over it but not a lot the hotel can do about that. Staff very pleasant right from check in to evening meal. Great location for shops and cathedral

Would love to be able to give a higher rating because there is lots of amenities in room the staff were friendly room serviced daily free WiFi lovely big garden birds and trees and in a great position to explore Ely. It was quiet and dark. Unfortunately the place stinks of stale cigarettes which ...
