Located in the Herron Morton/Kennedy King neighborhood this quaint hardwood floor loft style apartment is the perfect getaway. Amazing restored hardwood floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light welcome you to your own Central 17 Loft apartment.

Situated VERY near downtown Indianapolis and just a few blocks from I65/I70. Located VERY near the major Indy hospitals. 1 MILE from Methodist, 1.5 miles from IUSOM, 2.4 miles to IUH University, and just a few minutes drive from the Indiana Convention Center, State Fairgrounds, Mass Ave, a world class Children's Museum and more!

Each room has blackout curtains to accommodate alternative work schedules. The building is off of a very quiet street, located walking distance from a Kroger and Kennedy King Park.
