"When we got there they checked us into a room and we went up to it and the room had not been cleaned, obviously they don’t have a cleaning supervisor to double check the list, this place could be good, large rooms and good location , but the property is run down, it’s cheap and large but that’s it. I didn’t trust the cleaning , when we got to another room it looked like the maids had come at least the bed was made, but not all of the counters were wiped down , saw coffee drips on one counter. The TV didn’t work , wrong remote in the room. Lucky we were only there for 1 night. I will not stay here again."

"The first room that they gave us the shower wasn’t working and the second room didn’t have a phone. They said they went through renovations but I don’t see it at all. The paint is blotchy and the curtains have holes on them. Breakfast was plain not what you would expect from a hotel. There was only hard boiled eggs, biscuit with sausage and egg, cereal, and toast."

"The hotel was great, even with lots of kids because a competition it was quiet. One suggestion is that they put a soap bar holder in the WC sink. I will definitely will be back if I have to stay again near HIA."
