Basically the hotel was nicely updated and clean. My first concern was that I needed a blanket and when I called to get one, I had to come to the front desk in my pajamas, because they didn’t have enough staff to bring one to my room. When I got there, they didn’t have anymore blankets and they gave me a comforter, which was fine because it was warmer. The other issue is that I wanted to see the breakfast menu, the night before, and only the lunch menu was out. It would be wise to remove the menu for the meal that has been concluded and replace it with the next menu, so people can take a look before hand.

I had a very ,very good stay here, I must say the beds are very comfortable. I got a really good night sleep. The staff was amazing and the housekeepers are very helpful and nice. I will book here again. I highly recommend the crown plaza Hotel 🛏️🛍️☺️. It is very clean and the up keep is amazing

Location was great. The hotel had that old smoke smell and common areas needed some sprucing up. I had a view of the roof and a wall. They need to clean up cigarette butts that were out there. My TV wasn't getting half the channels and the maintenance guy worked very hard to fix it and was very courteous about it and did solve the problem. Very thankful for that. Comfortable bed and room was nice (except for the "view").

Everything was excellent with the exception of the beds and the sheets. Sheets were not clean and the bed was not comfortable.
