"My husband and I booked a short weekend trip to Branchport to explore fishing opportunities and see what the area had to offer. We gravitated to the cottage at Serenity Cove due to the sunroom and close proximity to the lake. The pictures do not do the cottage justice! It was CLEAN not just brushed over when one guest leaves so another can arrive but not a speck of dust anywhere. Also, it wasn't just the big things but many small things that made our stay relaxing and comfortable. There is an over head heater in the batheroom so when you exit the shower/bath the room is nice and warm. ( we visited when there was a chill in the air) Extra pillows on each bed and eating spaces where the view could be enjoyed. Enough power strips available to charge any and every device possible while drying your hair. The host had left a bag of possibly forgotten essentials such as a bottle opener and wine decanter. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom and chose to sleep out in the room and could hear the light rain on the water. Although the weather did not cooperate while we were there we were not dissappointed because we had a great relaxing stay at the cottage. The view was breathtaking and the sounds of the water made things even more enjoyable. "

A really lovely place to settle into and slow down.We rang in the New Year there with our family, and the quiet, winter stillness made it feel especially meaningful. "We had my best friends Bachelorette party here. She wanted a relaxing stay by the water and that's what this was. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to be cozy and hang out. We loved the doc and were able to have our sunrise cruise pull up right to us ! Beautiful sunrises every morning and a nice place to make a meal. It was a great experience and a beautiful relaxing, peaceful time celebrating our friend!"
