Strip club right across the street and all the ghetto people were coming in the lobby. We were there for a softball tournament and had a bunch of 16 year old girls. And on top of that, they mess with my credit card and I had multiple charges. Got resolved a week later, but tied up my line of credit.

We did not get to do breakfast because doesn’t start till 7 on weekends, 6 during week. Charging extra for children 12 and over is ridiculous. They can’t reserve their own room they should not have to be paid extra for.

I was not pleased with my stay for multiple reasons…. They charge you extra for having guest in a space that you have paid for; regardless of their length of stay. Only “registered” guest are allowed to get in the pool; although he claims that wasn’t why he was charging me... The front desk clerk didn’t know the difference between a face towel and a hand towel; when I asked for more after being charged for my guests.. ones that my king suite room could accommodate… I asked him was the hand towel the smallest towel he saw… he lied and said yes… I literally had to go to the room and get an example to show him what I was referring too.. The welcome text also had multiple typos in my name; even after being given my license; not a very warm, welcoming feeling at all.
They block the parking lot off at night.. it was really weird.

We are still here and not very happy. First of all, there is a charge for any child over 12. We have two young teens and had to pay extra for each of them. I’m not sure what costs more, as they know we won’t even be here for breakfast. Then, housekeeping must not have finished our room. There was trash in the bathroom cubby and no toiletries at all. There was little toilet paper and no tissue at all. I called to tell them about it and he was only concerned with whether or not we had a luggage cart in our room. We had to walk down and get all towels, toiletries, toilet paper, and tissue. Then half of our keys didn’t work. The workout room smells moldy, which also can’t be good. There were no towels at the pool,
