Likely the Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!

Super cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable bed & dark master. Immaculately clean which is rare we’ve found. I mean clean! Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and more. We had a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful home!

Hot Springs is a beautiful place and this home gives you a perfect taste of hot springs! Home is very beautiful and neighborhood is very peaceful. Kitchen was my favorite room! Very comfortable beds. I am very OCD clean.. Monica Geller level, so house could have been a little cleaner to me but overall it was very nice!

We stayed at the cottage for 4 days. Our little vacation to Hot Springs to experience the bath house, hiking, shopping. The cottage is located in a convenient location. This is my 2nd stay at this cottage. The first time in April this year so I was familiar with it and the location.

Cute House

My sister and I chose Hot Springs to hike in the National Park. The house is about half a mile from the park, but not where anyone would enter or want to include in a hike. However, it is a very short drive to the visitor center. The neighborhood was a little scary. My sister and I were a little nervous with the location, but the house does have cameras and there were no issues during the stay. The house is adorable and had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. *We did have an issue with the front door lock when we first arrived. I called the property manager and he had someone at the house to fix it within 10 minutes. Chris and Jennifer were extremely polite and helpful!

Lovely stay

Very clean, kitchen well-stocked, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Street looked a little sketchy but the neighborhood was fine and it was very quiet - did not feel unsafe. Lovely stay - would rent this property again

Nice well-equipped convenient cottage

The cottage had all we needed for a comfortable vacation. It was convenient to shopping and the H.S. National park. The support guy was helpful to get AC back working after an overnight storm.

Comfortable get away

Great choice for visiting Hot Springs National Park and surrounding area. Convenient, clean, safe, cozy. It was so nice to have space to spread out and hang out together. Much better choice than hotel rooms!

Soaking and Horse Racing

We had a great time. The cottage was in a great location and was clean and well appointed with a comforting security system. Neighborhood was quiet and Bathhouse row and the casino were both close. Plan to return and would recommend to friends and family. We never had a need to contact the property manager.

Winter getaway

We came to Hot Springs for a winter getaway vacation. We enjoyed the property - it was very clean and in a good location. It is about a 30 minute walk to downtown or a few minutes drive. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed in the steep cleaning fees. To be fair, we were sent a list of the items they wanted us to handle before leaving, however there were a few items we were to handle that I have not had to do at other rental properties ( cleaning and putting away dishes, taking out trash, etc). While they are not difficult tasks, it is slightly time consuming while trying to get out that morning when we are already paying for a cleaning fee. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
