Roaches, paper thin walls, possible prostitution/ drug addicts from observation. Over all unsafe environment. Pictures of roaches if needed

After checking in and entering the room, we immediately checked out and found another hotel. There was a strong marijuana odor in the room, urine on the bathroom floor as well as the air condition. The bed was damp and there was what appeared to be mold in the bathroom.

CONS: -Sheets and pillowcases weren’t changed in the 1st room (bc this room was so bad, me and my friend had to ask for a new and hopefully CLEAN room!!!!). There were what seemed like cat hair that I found here and there but enough to conclude there must’ve been one in there. Pillowcases clearly wasn’t even changed bc there were two eye lashes on there smh. -I signed a sheet for non-smoking bc well I don’t smoke but got a room that REEKED so bad of cigarette smell. My friend has asthma and I have bad post nasal. So we were both clogged up the wazoo…smh. And sneezed thru out the night. It was already late when we got in so we TRIED to sleep thru the night smh and asked for a new room next morning. -Places like these need to be updated and renovated so you get what you pay for. Fine. But AT THE VERY LEAST PLEASE LET IT BE CLEAN!!!!!! -Speaking of getting what you pay for, there were ppl being LOUD AF about what sounded like a bad weed deal or exchange?! Next to our 2nd room! Fine. Whatever. It takes all kinds and I was just praying to God that I was not going to have to be dodging bullets flying thru my window at ONE THIRTY A.FREAKEN.M?! Smh PROS -The staff the next morning was very kind and we explained to her how bad our room was and when we came back we would have a new room. I emphasized no smoky room and CLEANED! -Well it was a LIL better and sheets seemed cleaned but this was the room where we found eyelashes on the pillowcases smh.

This is a dirty motel. Smoking everywhere. I went to check in, there was no lobby just a window where you spoke to a person through it. Strange looking people hanging about, not a place I would want to stay. I canceled my reservation as soon as I arrived.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We arrived with our three children to rooms that were horrific. Open razor blade and ask residue in a drawer, half finished drinks in the fridge and 4 condoms floating in a toiled. The rooms also reeked of cigarettes and all kinds of people were hanging outside rooms partying. I have never in my life had an experience as awful as this one. Needless to say we immediately left and had to go looking for a place to stay with our children at 9pm on a Saturday night. If we didn't have family semi-close we would have had to sleep in the car which still would have been better. We tried to get a refund but the person working the lobby just mumbled to herself and walked out. We will never stay at this chain again. Stay far away from this place.

The amount was good for two nights. location was good for what we needed..if we could of found another room we would of left..but everyone was booked. Friends of ours stayed one night...but the second night he went out of town...and said it was better.

Dirty, smelly and outdated. Strange people hanging around. Asked to be moved and was refused. Guy at desk less than friendly. Rude.

The hotel has been recently remodeled but it is still dated. It was safe and mostly clean but there was a slight bug problem, some little flies all around the sink and I killed one small roach by the sink. The A/C worked well and the beds were comfortable. Safe location and good price. Cons: If you are planning this as a place to stay while visiting Philly plan on a long trip via mass transit or cab/Lyft/Uber. Mass transit is a good option, commuter train from Philly with a transfer to a bus but the bus is not on time. Runs late or early and it's an hour between busses. Lyft ride into 30th street train station in Philly was nearly $100. Slight pest problem. Pros: Comfortable two bed room for less than $200, could easily take 4 (two queen beds). Close to restaurants and WalMart. Safe and secure and quiet. Staff was very responsive to issues (TV wasn't working, maintenance came right away and worked on it until fixed, very pleasant). Good location for Philadephia trip, nice people, good price.
