Fridge had old spilled food inside, floor with several coffee drips and hair all over floor, old coffee pod still in keurig, freezer had unopened tv dinner in it, bug crawling on back of bathroom door, a long piece of hair on top of bed comforter, ac unit dripping water all over carpet.

Room smelled horrible. The bathroom was not clean. The doors and floors were dirty with dust and stains. Bathroom door clearly had not been wiped down in a very long time. There was no parking. I had to park at a property down the street and walk. I could not wait to leave.

Trip to visit the grandkids

Was told they offered breakfast. In the morning I brought down my granddaughter and she was upset not to have any breakfast. We left and went down the street to get breakfast. First time ever at a Holiday Inn that did not include breakfast. Please remove it from the list of amenities since they do not offer it. I was told by a customer who stated there a few months ago that it was offered then. No t sure what happened. The shower had hair in it and so did our bed. It was very long dark brown hair. Just gross to be trying to go to bed with someone else’s hair on the stuff.

Softest beds around.

Great location with easy access to the freeway. Possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and the pillows were perfect. Staff was very Friendly, especially Savannah at check in.
