Only 1 Desk Clerk knew how to extend my stay by a couple of days even when there were rooms available. It would be more efficient if this location trained each desk clerk how to do simple tasks. The Desk Clerk told me there was a bank not far away because there were no quarters on the premises to use in the laundry facilities at this location. There was no way to get quarters to do my laundry.

When I arrived the first room they gave me was occupied the second room they gave me had a clogged shower they gave the tool to fix it to us and told us to clean the drain ourselves and then when I woke up in the morning there was black bugs on the pillow
