The property was average, conditions of rugs and floors, walls, pool area demonstrates aging and wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed as being of primary importance. I decided to stay here because of cheap price, in all, you get what you pay for, if you don’t mind stains and chipped paint, it was sufficient for sleeping.

However, we are sorry you were not pleased with our decor. We do hope the next time you visit the area that you will choose to stay with us again.

This property was not clean, or well kept. Room was dirty, mold in the bathroom. Staff was so rude, also rude to new customers on the phone as well. Would not recommend. Also, my daughter left her glasses in the room on the nightstand, and I called 5 mins after we left and they said they weren’t there. We know for a fact they were. So now I have to buy new glasses for her. This place is terrible.

Very dirty and lacking in keeping up with maintenance. Broken bottles and garbage outside back entrance of property, inside stairway hasn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. Shower in bathroom was broken.

The hotel was next to the high way and about 10 min. from Hershey Park/World. It also sat next to a Sheetz easy access to gas or snacks. The Hotel was clean and looked modern. Breakfast was hot and cold items. It fit its needs for a quick breakfast bite. I felt that the staff was rude. The lady at Check in did not greet me upon arrival- I had to tell her why I was there. It was like an inconvience I came on her shift. I also had contact with the lady that was taking care of the breakfast bar- she acted like I was in her way, when I was clearly waiting on a bagel I had put in the toaster prior to her arrival to refill something that was close to me. One of the maids was cleaning a room in the hall- was on the phone speaking Spanish quite loudly and did not greet us as we went past or excused her self for having the cart in the middle of the hall.

The staff and breakfast was pleasant and enjoyable. However the pool & hot tub were questionable. Especially the hot tub, the color was dirty and it drew concern for the cleanliness of the pool. So we passed!
