The Lobby was clean and upgraded. At arrival, I was checked in expeditiously, but was given a room that was not as requested. I was advised by check in clerk that they only had two rooms as described on the website with "in room Bath tubs" but they cannot advise over the phone if they are available. It seems that at time of my booking more than 3 weeks prior at which time I chose to PAY NOW..the room requested was occupied and continued to be renewed by the tenants as long term bookings. I accepted the room given but when I returned to the desk and advised the drain was not working. I was told their was no in house maintenance and nor could I be given a discount as Travelocity and Expedia clients are considered UNPAID until funds are released by that agency. Therefore no discounts or changes applicable.!!! Please recall I paid in advance ( NOT at time of arrival)

Check in person acted like we were bothering him, didn’t tell us about the hotel or what it had to offer. We had to ask about breakfast so we knew when to get there. At 11 pm there was a dog down 2 rooms whining and barking, and upstairs, sounded like a race track!!! Between kids jumping and running around, it sounded like the ceiling would collapse. Called front desk 4 times, no answer, called a special number in the room for mgr, no answer!! Had to get dressed and go to the front desk, then had to show the host where room 136 was. Won’t be back!!!

I loved the hotel! I will stay again. Got a great night's sleep! Good location and great breakfast. I know it's expensive, but could we get half and half?
