Enjoyed our stay being close to our Family there in the same neighborhood!

Didn't need to speak with property manager. Overall we enjoyed our stay - all 6 of us. However, the bedroom off the garage/laundry room area did not cool and therefore our daughter and boyfriend did not enjoy their time in the home. Also of note, us folks that are from the midwest need that a/c to be colder than 70, especially in the summer months - perhaps it's time to replace the a/c?

Stay was fine. Would have like better television options.2 of the toilets you need to pull the handle up or they constantly run. There is a missing pane of glass in the TV room door that goes to the screened in play room.

A few days to prep

Booked this place because it's close to my parent's house in the same neighborhood. The neighborhood is a nice and quiet family spot that's in close proximity to all the major highways to get to everything. Home was in great condition and had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Contact with the property management was extremely easy and they are on top of everything. Will definitely recommend this property to any friends/family visiting and will likely stay here again.

April 2025 visit

It was a good house but could use a few updates. Kitchen chair cushions terribly stained & should be replaced with chairs with no cushions. Brown carpet in living room areas & hallway could be taken out & replaced with just flooring. Yard (shrubs/weeds) could use some attention as it took away from the overall curb appeal.

Amazing location

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The home is located in a lovely subdivision area and is very quiet and homey. The house is very spacious with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. We did a mom/daughter trip and it was amazing with my sister and my niece. We would definitely stay here again it’s centrally. Located to many different cities. We had a great time.

Cute home great neighborhood

On the positive:We loved the home and the neighborhood. The house fit our group of 8 perfectly. There were plenty seats for everyone. It was clean and they clearly went to trouble to make it homey. The Cleaning staff gets an A! It could use a coat of paint and maybe some updating but on the whole it was a great place to stay. The issues:Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the appliances all had issues. Dishwasher was broken and could not use it. Made for a lot of hand washing with 8 adults. Fridge leaked, there was water damage on the floor so it appeared to have been doing so for a while. The shelfs in freezer would not stay in place and kept falling to the bottom so we had to stack everything at the bottom. The stove burners only had 2 setting, high and low. Made cooking difficult but not impossible. I would give the maintenance staff a C. The only thing I messaged the CVP team about while there was the dishwasher. Their response was almost immediate. That was a plus. However, nothing was fixed while we were there. We managed with the appliance issues and were able to make everything work out. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Especially if the issues were fixed.

Super fun place!

We stayed for an NNPTC graduation and loved it. It was very centrally located to the airport, school and down town. Loved having all the extra space and the ping pong table was a blast! Only complaint is all the burners on the stove didn't work, but we made do with 2.

Great House

We liked everything about the house. But we discovered it was a bit far to drive to get to downtown. Sometimes the traffic was a snarl. However the house was in a nice quiet community.

nice, clean, quiet place

My in-laws stayed here before and liked it alot. So we knew there was adequate space for 3 couples and a teenager. It was not the worst rental I've stayed in but it wasn't the best either. The AC in the sun room was not working but the owner came over that night to look at it. there is a ping pong table and poker set out there. We didn't really use that room too much anyway but it was something electrical so it wasn't fixed during our short stay. There isn't alot of extras with this rental. We didn't think to bring paper and pen and there was nothing there so we didn't even play cards. Not any other games for younger kids so pack stuff. the backyard is nice, quiet and private. Couldn't seem to find any local stations for news or weather but we could watch things thru the internet roku tv. Make sure you bring wash cloths, they only provide towels. Also if you need to store leftovers bring containers, ziplock bags or foil/ plastic wrap. if you are cooking/ eating there bring salt and pepper and what every else you need. The last 2 places I stayed had all sorts of stuff like that so I didn't think to bring anything with me. I am relatively new to vrbo/airbnb renting and I am finding out every place is different with what they provide so go prepared. overall we thought the place was good, had plenty of room, a quiet neighborhood and very quick to respond maintenance company. just remember all your little extras. We would definitely stay there again.

Parents weekend

The house has several keypads. It would be nice to know which keypad the code should work on. There was an exploded soda mess in the freezer that was not cleaned up. The oven and stove top may need a servicing. Neither of them heated well. There is a missing glass panel in the door that leads into the game room. I didn't see any glass chards in the door, so maybe it's been that way for a while. The beds were awesome. The neighborhood is well established and well maintained.

Beautiful home

Wonderful vacation house!

This was a wonderful house that met all our needs and then some! The game room was very popular with the kids, who spent a lot of time there. The responsiveness of the property manager was excellent and made us feel completely welcome and at home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Home away from Home

Awesome stay for our annual MANcation. Plenty of space, and amenities for four grown men traveling on their annual getaway at this year destination: Charleston. I enjoyed this place so much, I plan to return again with my family of four in the future. Would highly recommend!
