"This adorable a-frame was everything we hoped for. Just like the pictures. The hosts accommodated us and 2 medium sized dogs. We brought our own sheets and blankets to avoid leaving behind hair, which was not an issue. Located about 15 minutes from Manistee, 10 minutes from Ludington state park, which was amazing. As birdwatchers, we loved how the cabin was tucked back in the trees. Neighbors were spaced out. Beautiful street for a walk. We had no problems with the stairs inside the house, but they may be difficult for someone older or larger in size. Other than that, everything was PERFECT. Would recommend this property, and definitely plan to stay again! "

"This was a perfect boys weekend getaway. Took my son, his best friend and his dad up here to do some fishing. We caught salmon on the big lake, fished Hamlin lake for some perch, and caught a ton of bluegill of the dock at the cabin. The place was clean and had all the outdoor amenities you could want. It was nice to see the boys spend every moment outside fishing, climbing trees, and playing by the dock. Will definitely be back! "

"We were in town for a Michigan adventure race. It was 6 miles from Ludington State Park which was great for us as that was where the race started. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s very charming."
